June got a little busier for me than I’d anticipated and I’ve found myself stressing about getting something written for all you scalawags. That anxiety led me back to my thoughts at the beginning of this year - that this is supposed to be a fun thang to do. The whole point was for me to just sit down and enjoy some music without worrying about all the other stuff life throws our way.
Fret not though, I’ve been working on a couple more long-form essays that I’ll (hopefully) have for you later this year.
How did the month of June get away from me, you ask? Simple. I’ve been working on a very special podcast that I’ll be launching at the end of August. It’s a passion project of mine that I’m most excited to share with all of you. Stay tuned for more information in the upcoming weeks.
